IMPACT IDLERS

DESCRIPTION

Components that protect the belt from impacts in the ore loading zone. A typical setup is 3 rubberized rolls with a trough angle of 20°, 35° or 45°.

Central impact roll that supports and protects the belt when loading 70% of the material to be conveyed.
Central impact roll that supports and protects the belt when loading 15% of the material to be conveyed.
Metallic structure that supports the moving parts called rolls.
