TROUGHING IDLERS

DESCRIPTION

These provide support and protection to both the belt and the load. Common setup of 3 metal rolls with a trough angle of 20°, 35° or 45°.

  • Central metallic roll that supports and transports 70% of the load on the conveyor belt.
  • Lateral metallic roll that supports and transports 15% of the load (30% combined considering both sides).
  • Metallic structure that supports the moving parts called rolls.
