IDLERS

Idlers are generally made up of a fastening structure and rolling elements that help to move the conveyor belt. There are many different models and in some cases special designs.

All our designs are based on the CEMA standard, a North American standard that governs most of the conveyors in our country and the world.

PREMIUM SELF-ALIGNING IDLERS

Manufactured without lateral training rolls to avoid scratches in the belt from wear and tear. The taper design of the rolls tips the belt towards the center. These consider reinforced and assisted pivot with lifelong sealed bearings.

Ideal for precise weighing applications. Precisely machined to stringent tolerances due to weighing precision. The bases and shims of the support brackets are rectified and the rolls are balanced and machined on the rim.

RETURN IDLERS RETURN IDLERS
RETURN IDLERS

These are used to support the belt at the bottom of the structure. They are usually suspended under the structure that supports the troughing idlers.

TROUGHING IDLERS TROUGHING IDLERS
TROUGHING IDLERS

These provide support and protection to both the belt and the load. Common setup of 3 metal rolls with a trough angle of 20°, 35° or 45°.

IMPACT IDLERS

Components that protect the belt from impacts in the ore loading zone. A typical setup is 3 rubberized rolls with a trough angle of 20°, 35° or 45°.

Available in 6″ to 8″ diameters for 24″ to 120″  belt widths and shafts less than 4″. Supplied with pillow blocks as needed.
