Idlers are generally made up of a fastening structure and rolling elements that help to move the conveyor belt. There are many different models and in some cases special designs.
All our designs are based on the CEMA standard, a North American standard that governs most of the conveyors in our country and the world.
Manufactured without lateral training rolls to avoid scratches in the belt from wear and tear. The taper design of the rolls tips the belt towards the center. These consider reinforced and assisted pivot with lifelong sealed bearings.
